The ever rising tide is slowly engulfing some coastal and city areas. Was this always inevitable or has mankind been the ignition to keep the flame burning and led to this accelerated decline. In this astral expression of a floating city I have combined a few recent ideas to give birth to the concept you see before you, I plan to see where I can take this idea and how I can add to the layers of complexity.
